On-Going Commitment to Helping Others
Family SponsorshipEach year our chapter sponsors a family or veteran family in need to donate either a Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas gifts. This year we were proud to partner with New Hope to provide presents for a struggling family.

Karneetsa members participated in the Lind parade, handing out flags to the community.
Karneetsa members enjoy community service, and exemplify our mission in every aspect, including hobbies. Member Mary Jane Honegger received recognition for her continued service of historic preservation. Through years of research, cataloging, and public involvement she's brought to light many unique aspects of communities that would otherwise be lost to the ravages of expansion and time.
Karneetsa Chapter regularly supports and assists the many veteran services in the area to honor those who have served and past, and those still present. We are a partner with Wreaths Across America and will be placing wreaths on veteran gravestones at Guardian Angel Cemetery in December.
In addition, Karneetsa Chapter members attend Memorial Day celebrations in their area.
